AdaMarie is a jobs board built by women in STEM, for women in STEM. It's a platform used to diversify your workspace and support the growth of women in STEM.

In today's society, there is a lack of effort in supporting a more diverse and inclusive workforce for women. STEM fields are noticeably treated with a gender gap due to outdated hiring practices, cultural barriers, and insufficient action behind DEI efforts.

AdaMarie's main objective is to bridge the divide between employers and professionals by creating a specialized platform that empowers and educates women for the workforce, and offers employers top-tier hiring and DEI tools to attract, recruit, and retain talent effectively.

The mission to close the gender gap in STEM by aggregating and empowering talent and providing employers with tools for inclusive hiring and talent retention. AdaMarie will continue to focus on closing this existing gap, by combining community, educational resources, and best-in-class hiring tools all on one platform.
